To celebrate TopLife turning 20 (!!) we’d like to reward our loyal customers from over the years with a range of collectable memorabilia.
For the die hard TopLife fans among you, you will notice celebratory tokens appearing on cartons of our puppy, dog, kitten and cat milk (one token per carton).
Simply cut token from the carton flap as your pet drinks its TopLife treat and start saving for the collectable items shown.
*PLEASE NOTE ANY TOKENS RECIEVED AFTER WEDNESDAY 18TH DECEMBER 24 WILL BE PROCESSED IN THE NEW YEAR.
TopLife toy dog (we call him Jeff!) – 20 tokens

TopLife tennis ball – 12 tokens
TopLife ice cube tray (yes you can freeze TopLife and give your pet a cooling treat on a warm day) – 10 tokens

Once you’ve collected the desired number of tokens, follow these simple steps…
Visit our webshop here and follow the instructions which include:
1. Enter your name, postal address and email address.
2. Select the items you wish to redeem.
3. No payment is required, this is our gift for your loyalty.
4. You will be given a transaction number, please make a note of this.
5. Send your tokens and transaction number to TopLife 20th Anniversary Promotion, Yew Tree Farm, Bexton Lane, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 9BH.
*Please make sure you put the correct postage on for the size and weight of the envelope you are sending, otherwise we may not receive your tokens.*
Please note, a maximum of 4 items may be redeemed in one transaction.
Terms & Conditions
DEFINITIONS:
‘Token’– a unit of loyalty currency found on the side of cartons of TopLife milk for puppies, dogs, kittens and cats which can be redeemed in exchange for TopLife 20th Anniversary collectable items.
‘Promoter’– TopLife Formula, Yew Tree Farm, Bexton Lane, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 9BH
‘Collector‘– TopLife customers who collect tokens to redeem against TopLife 20th Anniversary collectable items.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
• Collectors must purchase promotional packs of TopLife milk for puppies, dogs, kittens and cats to receive tokens.
• Collectors cut tokens from the side of the cartons. There is one token available per carton.
• Once the Collector has sufficient tokens to redeem their desired item, the collector must visit the TopLife webshop, enter their contact details, the items they wish to redeem and make a note of their transaction number (maximum 4 collectable items may be redeemed per transaction). Tokens should then be sent along with a note of the Collector’s name and address and the transaction number to: TopLife 20th Anniversary Promotion, Yew Tree Farm, Bexton Lane, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 9BH.
**PLEASE NOTE, THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF COLLECTABLE ITEMS YOU MAY REDEEM AT ONE TIME IS 4**
• Once the Promoter receives the Collector’s contact details and tokens, the Promoter will endeavour to send the TopLife 20th Anniversary collectable items out within 20 days.
By participating in the TopLife 20th Anniversary promotion, the Collector agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with all instructions set out above to claim the collectable items.
1. The TopLife 20th Anniversary promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), the Isle of Man and Channel Islands only excluding TopLife Formula employees and their immediate families.
2. Collectors shall at all times provide true and accurate information to the Promoter.
3. Tokens collected by Collectors can only be redeemed against the TopLife 20th Anniversary collectable items. The Promoter also reserves the right to amend the number of tokens required as it deems fit and reasonable, at any time.
4. TopLife 20th Anniversary collectable items will be delivered to one single address given by the Collector within 20 days of receipt of payment and tokens.
5. Should any individual collectable item become unavailable, the Promoter will contact the Collector by email to advise of this and offer an alternative solution, provided an email address has been supplied at the time of the original application on the TopLife webshop.
6. Each token may only be redeemed once. Only original tokens will be accepted. Photocopies and any other attempts to reproduce tokens will not be accepted and the offending Collector will be removed from the promotion permanently.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, (provided it acts reasonably), to remove a Collector from the scheme if it feels they could be misusing or abusing the scheme or acting contrary to the spirit of the scheme. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. TopLife Formula will not be held accountable for tokens lost in the post. It is the responsibility of the Collector to cover the cost of the postage of tokens to the Promoter.
9. The sale or barter of tokens is strictly prohibited.
10. A Collector agrees to allow the Promoter to communicate with him/her via email in the future with suitable offers that may be of interest.
11. The Promoter makes no warranty that access to the TopLife 20th Anniversary promotion web page will be uninterrupted or error-free and shall have no liability for any failure to access such website.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or the operation of the Scheme, and the TopLife 20th anniversary promotion offering at any time if necessary for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. Any amendment shall be effective upon posting the modified Terms and Conditions and/or modified Scheme on this web page.
13. Collectors may collect and redeem tokens from June 2024.
14. Any queries regarding the TopLife 20th Anniversary promotion must be sent in writing to the Promoter at: TopLife Formula, Yew Tree Farm, Bexton Lane, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 9BH.
